HARDENING HEAT TRANSFER CEMENT
Chemax hardening (water-soluble) heat transfer cement designed for use on externally traced systems for freeze protection and process temperature maintenance. TRACIT™ hardening compounds create a thermal bond between heat tracing (steam, electric, and fluid) and process pipes, valves, and industrial equipment. Also recommended for use inside heating jackets to maximize heat transfer rates.
Chemax hardening compounds are self-curing and installed using a hand trowel or caulking gun.
TRACIT-300
Hardening heat transfer cement for use on steam tracers and heating jackets.

TRACIT-600A
High-temperature heat transfer cement. Used on electric tracing, strip heaters on tanks, and ring heaters.

NON-HARDENING HEAT TRANSFER CEMENT
Waterproof non-setting heat transfer cement for use on externally heated or cooled tanks and vessels. These compounds eliminate air voids and create a highly conductive bond between the coil and tank wall. Tracit heat transfer cement increases plate coil heat transfer rates by over 100%.
Chemax non-hardening heat transfer cement stays pliable, allowing for easy installation and removal. These compounds are non-soluble in water and will maintain excellent surface contact during expansion and contraction cycles.

Recommended for heating applications.

CC CHANNELS
Rigid metal channels fabricated to convenient 4-foot (1.22 m) lengths. Available in 22-gauge galvanized and 304 stainless steel. Protects heat transfer cement installed on tube tracers.
Three sizes available to fit most size tracers: 3/8" O.D., 1/2" O.D., and 3/4" O.D.
- Eliminates curing and weather protection requirements for hardening heat transfer cement
- Prevents air gaps caused by expansion and contraction cycles
